Withdrawal

Withdrawal policy overview

Slott governs all withdrawals from player accounts in compliance with applicable laws and licensing requirements. Withdrawals are subject to verification, anti-money laundering controls, and fraud prevention measures. Funds may only be withdrawn to payment methods that are linked to the player’s account and verified in accordance with Slott’s procedures.

Eligibility and verification

To initiate a withdrawal, your Slott account must be verified. Slott may require documentation to confirm identity, address, and ownership of the payment method used for the withdrawal. Withdrawals may be suspended or blocked until verification is complete. Slott may apply additional verification checks at any time, including after a withdrawal has been requested or partially completed.

Available withdrawal methods and limits

Withdrawal methods include bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and selected electronic wallets. The minimum withdrawal amount for all methods is €25. Per‑transaction maximums and any monthly or rolling limits vary by method and jurisdiction. When you select a withdrawal method, Slott will display the applicable limits before you confirm the request. Slott reserves the right to adjust available methods and limits without prior notice.

  • Bank transfer: typical per‑transaction maximum up to €25,000; processing time after approval generally 2–5 business days.
  • Debit/credit cards: typical per‑transaction maximum up to €5,000; processing time after approval generally 1–3 business days.
  • Electronic wallets: typical per‑transaction maximum up to €25,000; processing time after approval can range from instant to 24 hours depending on the provider.

Withdrawal request process

  1. Log in to your Slott account and navigate to Withdrawals.
  2. Choose a withdrawal method and enter the amount (minimum €25).
  3. Review the withdrawal details, ensure the linked payment method is correct, and confirm the request.
  4. Slott conducts verification checks and, if required, may request additional documentation before processing. You will receive a withdrawal reference number upon submission.

Processing times and payment timelines

Slott processes approved withdrawals within 1–3 business days, subject to payment provider processing times and regulatory checks. Some methods or banks may impose additional processing periods beyond Slott’s control. Slott will notify you of any delay and the expected completion time if a withdrawal is held for compliance or verification reasons.

Fees and currency considerations

Slott does not levy standard fees on withdrawals conducted through most supported methods. However, payment providers, banks, or currency conversions may impose charges. Where applicable, any third‑party fees or conversion costs will be communicated prior to you confirming the withdrawal.

Security, compliance and monitoring

Withdrawals are subject to ongoing security monitoring and anti‑money laundering controls. Slott may suspend, block, or decline a withdrawal if suspicious activity is detected, if there is a discrepancy with the information on file, or if the requested method presents a risk. You may be required to provide additional verification before a withdrawal proceeds.

Rejected, reversed or disputed withdrawals

Withdrawals may be rejected, reversed, or placed on hold for reasons including incorrect payment details, insufficient funds, unresolved verification checks, or fraud concerns. If a withdrawal is reversed by a payment provider or bank, Slott will inform you and may request further information to resolve the issue. You may appeal a withdrawal decision by contacting Slott support within 90 days of the notification.

Disputes and support

For questions about withdrawals or to report an error, contact Slott support through your account under the Help or Support section. Slott aims to respond promptly and provide status updates on your withdrawal throughout the process.
