1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms govern your use of Slott websites and related services (the Services). By accessing or using the Services you enter into a binding agreement with Slott and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Services.

2. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to participate in the Services. You may not access the Services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where Slott is not authorized to operate. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your location.

3. Account creation and verification

  • You must register a Slott account to participate. During registration you will provide a valid email address, a password, and personal details including your name and date of birth. The name and data provided must reflect your real information.
  • Slott may request identity verification documents (for example a national identity card or passport) and payment method details to confirm identity, age and residence. You must provide requested documents promptly; failure to do so may suspend or close your account.
  • Only one personal account per person is allowed. Sharing access or transferring accounts between individuals is prohibited. Slott may suspend or close duplicate or suspicious accounts and may freeze or reclaim funds as permitted by these Terms.
  • Users may contact Slott support for registration or verification issues.

4. Know-your-customer, data handling and AML

Slott reserves the right to perform KYC checks at any time to determine identity, location or age or for compliance with legal obligations. Verification steps may include analysis of documentation and transactional data. Information collected may be disclosed to third parties where permitted by law or required by regulators, and in accordance with Slott’s privacy policy and AML policy. You acknowledge and consent to such processing and disclosures.

5. Location, geolocation and restricted access

You must be physically located in a permissible jurisdiction when accessing the Services. Slott may use device properties, geolocation, IP address and other technical means to verify location. Use of a VPN or other methods to circumvent location checks is prohibited and may result in account suspension or fund confiscation.

6. Use of the account and security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. Do not disclose login details to any third party.
  • You must immediately notify Slott if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach. Slott may suspend or tighten access during an investigation.
  • Accounts are for personal use only; you may not transfer funds or benefits to other persons or entities. Slott may treat such transfers as fraudulent activity and take appropriate measures, including closure of accounts and forfeiture of funds.

7. Prohibited uses and conduct

  • Engaging in or facilitating illegal activities, including money laundering, is strictly prohibited.
  • Players must not use bots, automated programs, collusion, or any method intended to gain an unfair advantage or interfere with the integrity of the Services.
  • Disallowed conduct includes harassing or abusive behavior, dissemination of unlawful material, or any activity that could give rise to civil or criminal liability.
  • Players located in prohibited jurisdictions or attempting to access the Services from such locations may have their accounts suspended or closed.

8. Financial transactions: deposits and withdrawals

  • Deposits must be funded with legally obtained funds and made through Slott approved payment solutions. The same payment method used for deposits should be used for withdrawals when feasible.
  • Slott may require verification before processing withdrawals. All transactions are subject to anti‑money‑laundering checks and may be delayed or blocked pending completion of such checks.
  • Funds deposited into your account are non‑refundable except as required by applicable law or these Terms. Winnings and balances may be subject to adjustment if irregular activity is detected or if KYC/AML requirements are not satisfied.
  • Slott may impose limits on deposits, withdrawals or daily activity. Taxes and reporting obligations for winnings are the responsibility of the user.

9. Warranties, limitations and liability

Slott Services are provided on an as‑is basis. Slott disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error‑free operation. Slott does not guarantee accuracy, timeliness or completeness of information on the Services. Slott shall not be liable for losses arising from outages, delays, bugs, or interruptions beyond its control, or for actions taken by third parties. To the extent permitted by law, Slott’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your net losses in the preceding 12 months, excluding winnings, or such other limit as required by applicable law.

10. Changes to Terms and service alterations

Slott may amend these Terms or modify, suspend or withdraw any part of the Services at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with material changes, you must stop using the Services.

11. Termination and account closure

Slott may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or fraud, or if required by law or regulatory authorities. You may close your account at any time provided there are no outstanding balances or active withdrawal requests. Upon closure, Slott will process remaining verified funds in accordance with internal procedures and applicable law.

12. Privacy, data protection and AML policy

Personal data collected in connection with your use of the Services is processed in accordance with Slott’s privacy policy. Slott también applies AML procedures to detect illicit activity and protect users and the platform. Information may be shared with authorities or third parties where required or permitted by law or policy.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising in connection with them are governed by the laws applicable to Slott’s operations. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts located in the jurisdiction where Slott operates, subject to any mandatory dispute resolution mechanisms required by applicable law.
